(1) Graeme B. Dinwoodie, William O. Hennessey, Shira Perlmutter, Graeme W. Austin, International Intellectual Property Law and Policy (2d ed. 2008).  Please do not purchase an earlier edition of the casebook.
(2) Other required materials include intellectual property treaties and other international agreements and new cases relating to international intellectual property.  I will provide a copy of or link to these materials on the TWEN website for the class, or include a link in the reading assignments below.
